绩效考核工作作为公司人力资源管理工作的重要内容,也是提高企业生产经营绩效,实现企业管理现代化的关键工作。本文针对港务公司的绩效考核工作,首先概述了绩效考核体系的设计原则,进而介绍了绩效考核指标的选取流程,最后提出了完善绩效考核工作的保障措施,以期为港务公司开展绩效考核工作提供合理的参考。
Performance appraisal as an important part of the company’s human resources management, but also to improve the production and operation performance, business management modernization to achieve the key work.
