油路质量亮起“红灯”过去,山东省诸城市农村油路建设发展不快,到2002年年底,农村油路仅136.4公里,1337个行政村只有458个通油路,占总数的34.2%,低于潍坊市平均水平16.2个百分点,与诸城百强县的地位极不相称。就是这些仅有的油路,也由于公路运输流量大,其损坏程度惨不忍睹,存在着严重的安全隐患。
In the past, the construction of rural oil roads in Zhucheng, Shandong Province was not well developed. By the end of 2002, there were only 136.4 km of rural oil roads and only 458 oil-passing roads in 1337 administrative villages, accounting for a total of 34.2%, lower than the average level of Weifang 16.2 percentage points, and the top ten counties Zhucheng extremely disproportionate status.
