青少年时期不仅是生长发育的重要时期,也是各种行为和生活方式形成的关键时期。青少年时期形成的不良饮食习惯,可导致各种急、慢性营养不良和各种营养缺乏症的发生[1]。中学生营养状况的好坏不仅直接影响到学生现阶段的身体健康、生长发育、学习效率及免疫能力等,而且对成年期的身体素质、健康状况甚至社会生活都有较大影响[2]。本研究旨在了解南阳市卧龙区中学生食品安全知识、态度和行为情况,为该区各级教育、卫生等相关部门开展相应的健康教育提供资料。
Adolescence is not only an important period of growth and development, but also a key period for the formation of various behaviors and lifestyles. Bad adolescent formation of eating habits, can lead to a variety of acute and chronic malnutrition and various nutritional deficiencies [1]. The nutritional status of middle school students not only directly affects the students’ current health, growth, learning efficiency and immunity, but also has a greater impact on physical fitness, health status and even social life in adulthood [2]. The purpose of this study is to understand the food safety knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among middle school students in Wolong District of Nanyang City and to provide relevant health education for relevant departments such as education and health in the district.
