Abstract Objective To compare the lung ventilation data of inspiratory and expiratory leaflet ventilation CT data and hyperpolarised 3He-MR imaging directly with 1H-MR imaging obtained during the same breath-holding time period as 3HeMR imaging to register multimodality image.
