我国导游人员薪酬制度的不合理阻碍了导游服务质量的提高,成为制约旅游业进一步发展的瓶颈。本文从导游的主要收入—“回扣”出发,分析当今导游薪酬制度形成的原因及其弊端,从而提出改变现行导游薪酬制度的具体措施,促进我国旅游业健康持续地发展。
The unreasonable remuneration system of tour guides in our country has hindered the improvement of tour guide service quality and has become the bottleneck restricting the further development of tourism industry. Based on the main income of the tour guide, this paper analyzes the causes and the disadvantages of the tour guide ’s pay system and proposes the specific measures to change the tour guide’ s salary system so as to promote the healthy and sustained development of China ’s tourism industry.
