本研究针对汉语国际教育专业本科生教学实习课程进行分析,对比本专业海外实习与国内实习的优劣,提出海外实习教学质量提升的保障条件是建立有效的教学监控机制,我们建立了一种行之有效的三阶段教学监控模式,本模式涵盖前中后期递进式教学培训、监控、管理和评价机制,促进课堂理论教学向实践性教学指导转换,提高本科生海外汉语教学质量,实现本科应用型人才培养与社会需求接轨。
This study aims at analyzing the undergraduate teaching practice of International Education major in Chinese and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of overseas professional internship and domestic internship. It is proposed that the guarantee conditions for improving the quality of overseas practice teaching are to establish an effective teaching monitoring mechanism. The model covers progressive teaching training, monitoring, management and evaluation mechanism in the middle and later periods, promotes the transformation of classroom theory teaching to practical teaching guidance, improves undergraduate teaching quality of overseas Chinese and achieves undergraduate application Talent training and social needs.
