近十年来,采矿工业在凿岩、装载和运输方面日益采用高生产率的采矿设备。现在穿孔速度比以前高得多,铲斗大得多,卡车装载量大而其运行速度又快得多。生产率可以不同的方法确定。这里以每人-时生产的矿石吨数来表示。矿山生产率取决于许多因素,诸如采矿方法、年生产水平、开采的岩石类型、所用设备种类以及运输距离等。本文阐明了近25年间美国采矿生产率的发展趋势和实际情况。
For nearly a decade, the mining industry has increasingly adopted high-productivity mining equipment for rock drilling, loading and transportation. Piercing is now much faster than before, the bucket is much larger, the truckloads are large and it runs much faster. Productivity can be determined in different ways. This is expressed in tonnage per tonne of ore produced. Mine productivity depends on many factors such as the mining method, the annual production level, the type of rock mined, the type of equipment used and the distance traveled. This article sets forth the development trends and realities of mining productivity in the United States over the past 25 years.
