一、引言 本文介绍目前在耐蚀不锈钢方面出现的一种新材料与一种新工艺。 TRIP(相变诱发塑性)钢从发展开始就在高强度、高韧性方面着眼,因此,人们习惯上把它看成是高强度钢。其实不完全是这样,TRIP钢含有相当数量的Cr、Ni和Mo,其耐蚀能力是非常好的。根据最近国外的试验报导,其耐蚀能力可以与18-8钢或18-12+Mo钢比美,甚至超过他们,因此,应该把它同时列为不锈钢的范畴。TRIP钢由于强度高韧性好用作防弹钢板是最合适的;目前既然又发现具有耐蚀能力,可能在舰艇方面的使用有很大的潜力,我们认为应该引起
I. INTRODUCTION This article describes a new material and a new process that currently appears in corrosion-resistant stainless steel. TRIP (phase change induced plasticity) steel from the beginning of the development of high strength, high toughness, therefore, people used to think of it as high-strength steel.
