班主任作为班级的组织者、管理者和领导者,其在班集体建设过程中担负着特别重大的责任。要建设一个优秀的班集体,班主任除了关心学生、严于律己、以身作则、为人师表外,还应建设一支优秀的班干部队伍。一支优秀的班干部队伍可以使班主任摆脱日常繁杂事务的缠绕,把精力用在更重要、更关键的事务上。这样既培养了学生,又管理了班级,让班主任工作省时、省力、省心。
