1.按Hillarp和Hokfelt的碘盐法观察针刺对大白鼠肾上腺髓质含去甲肾腺素(NA) 的细胞的组织化学变化。 2.针刺后肾上腺髓质内含去甲肾上腺素的细胞显著减少,表明含NA的细胞内NA在针刺过程中被释放,参与针刺镇痛的活动。 3.含NA的细胞组织化学反应多数呈强阳性反应,胞浆内充满NA,并能见到很多的颗粒。针刺是三里穴位后不少细胞的NA反应减弱,颗粒不明显,NA在胞浆内主要呈均质状分布。 4.本实验提示,针刺穴位是通过神经系统而使肾上腺髓质细胞释放NA。
1. Hillarp and Hokfelt Iodine salt method was used to observe the histochemical changes of acupuncture on noradrenaline (NA) -derived cells in the adrenal medulla of rats. After acupuncture adrenal medullary norepinephrine-containing cells significantly reduced, indicating NA NA cells in the acupuncture process is released, involved in acupuncture analgesic activity. Most of the chemical reactions of NA-containing cells were strongly positive. The cytoplasm was filled with NA and could see a lot of particles. Acupuncture acupuncture points are Sanli cells after many NA response weakened, the particles are not obvious, NA in the cytoplasm were mainly homogeneous distribution. 4. This experiment suggests that acupuncture points to the adrenal medulla by the nervous system to release NA.
