浙江省近日出台《浙江省国有企业内部职工持股试行办法》等文件规定,禁止在股份制改革中强拉职工入股和强迫平均入股,职工认购股份要遵循自愿出资的原则;为强化激励与约束机制,允许经营者持大股,业务和技术骨干多持股;在一般竞争性行业不再规定职工持股上限,职工想持多少就持多少。内部职工持股总额一般应占公司总股本的30%以上,董事长、总经理持股额一般在职工平均持股额的5倍以上。金融、电力、交通、邮电、烟草等垄断性行业
