推行建筑工业化对国内建筑业转型升级具有重要意义。对建筑工业化与传统建造方式对比分析后发现:传统的设计、招标、建造的项目管理模式应用于建筑工业化项目中存在诸多问题。结合建筑工业化的相关特点和国内实际发展情况,在EPC项目管理模式基础之上构建了适合建筑工业化的工程总承包项目管理模式,减少了在建筑工业化项目中各方之间的沟通协调障碍,有利于业主对项目投资、进度和质量的控制。通过进一步分析当前应用EPC项目管理模式在企业、市场和制度层面的障碍,提出了推行建筑工业化总承包项目管理模式的相关建议。
The implementation of building industrialization on the transformation and upgrading of the domestic construction industry is of great significance. A comparative analysis of the building industrialization and the traditional construction methods shows that there are many problems in applying the traditional design, bidding and construction project management models to the construction industrialization projects. Combined with the related features of building industrialization and the actual development in China, a project general contracting project management mode suitable for building industrialization was constructed on the basis of EPC project management mode, which reduced the obstacle of communication and coordination among all parties in the building industrialization project. Benefit from the owners of the project investment, progress and quality control. Through further analysis of the obstacles in the current application of EPC project management mode at the enterprise, market and system level, some suggestions are put forward to promote the management mode of EPC projects.
