对28只大鼠给以未经滤波的短声剌激,经叠加后记录到时程约1~8 ms的缓慢的阳性波即听觉脑干诱发电位(Auditory Brainstem Responses ABR)的慢成分.且在刺激后的5~6 ms 处可见一阳性波波峰,其波峰潜伏期与 ABR 快成分的 V 波峰潜伏期相近.在不同声刺激强度下,该波出现率随刺激强度减弱而减低.当刺激强度减弱时,波峰潜伏期也随之延长;幅值减少.上述结果提示:刺激强度对 ABR 慢成分的波峰潜伏期及振幅有明显影响.其规律与 ABR 快成分基本一致.
Twenty-eight rats were given unfiltered short-sound stimulation, and then superimposed to record the slow component of Auditory Brainstem Responses (ABR), a slow positive wave of about 1-8 ms. A positive peak appeared at 5-6 ms after stimulation, and its peak latency was similar to that of the fast component of ABR. At different acoustics stimuli, the occurrence of this wave decreased with the decrease of stimulus intensity. When the stimulus intensity was weakened , The peak latency also decreased and the amplitude decreased.The above results suggested that the stimulus intensity had a significant effect on the peak latency and amplitude of the slow component of ABR.The regularity was consistent with the fast component of ABR.
