[目的]掌握广藿香棒孢霉叶斑病病原菌多主棒孢[Corynespora cassiicola(Berk.&Curt.)Wei]的生物学特性及防治该病害。[方法]采用平板培养法测定病原菌生物学特性及平板对峙法进行药剂筛选。[结果]多主棒孢菌丝最适在PDA培养基上生长,最适温度为28℃及最适pH值为6。完全光照或光暗交替有利于菌丝生长。室内药剂筛选结果表明:50%咪鲜胺锰盐WP、80%代森锰锌WP和10%苯醚甲环唑WG的EC50值分别为0.1115、0.1594、0.1946 mg/L。[结论]50%咪鲜胺锰盐WP、80%代森锰锌WP和10%苯醚甲环唑WG具有较强的抑制效果。
[Objective] The study aimed to understand the biological characteristics of Coryneporus cassiicola (Berk. & Curt.) Wei and to control the disease. [Method] The biological characteristics of the pathogenic bacteria were determined by plate culture method and the drug was screened by plate confrontation method. [Result] Optimum temperature was 28 ℃ and the optimum pH value was 6. Full light or light and dark alternate conducive to mycelium growth. The results of in-house pharmacy screening showed that the EC50 values of 50% prochloraz manganese WP, 80% mancozeb WP and 10% difenoconazole WG were 0.1115,0.1594,0.1946 mg / L, respectively. [Conclusion] 50% prochloraz manganese WP, 80% mancozeb WP and 10% difenoconazole WG had strong inhibitory effect.
