互联网技术的诞生,特别是WEB2.0时代的到来,将依靠人际传播的舆论搬上了网络平台,也因此对社会的发展和稳定产生了更加深刻的影响。如何有效地应对网络舆情可能产生的社会危机,成了社会管理者面对的重要问题。本文在对历史文献总结的基础上,借助数据立方体和雪花型模式,从舆情主题、舆情传播和舆情受众三个维度构建网络舆情监测指标体系。并从人民网舆情频道筛选了49个热点舆情事件对该指标体系进行了验证。
The birth of Internet technology, especially the arrival of WEB2.0 era, will rely on interpersonal media publicity onto the network platform, and thus have a more profound impact on social development and stability. How to effectively deal with the possible social crisis of public opinion on the Internet has become an important issue facing social managers. On the basis of summarizing the historical documents, this paper constructs the network monitoring index system of public opinion based on the three dimensions of public opinion theme, public opinion communication and public opinion audience through the help of data cube and snowflake pattern. And public opinion from the People’s Network channel selected 49 hot public opinion events on the index system was verified.
