双电极接触放电是一项修整金属结合剂金刚石磨轮的新技术。它利用接触放电电蚀原理以达到去除磨轮的金属结合剂而修锐或整形磨轮。本文在论述修整机理的基础上,对其工艺规律进行了系统的分析与总结。
Two-electrode contact discharge is a new technique for trimming metal-bonded diamond wheels. It uses the principle of contact discharge electric erosion to remove the grinding wheel metal binder and sharpening or shaping wheel. Based on the discussion of the trimming mechanism, this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the process rules.
