将国产反应堆压力容器(RPV)材料夏比冲击试样及0.5T-CT试样置于高通量工程试验堆中进行中子辐照考验,快中子(E>1 MeV)注量为3.0×10~(19)cm~(-2)。由辐照前后夏比冲击试验得到材料的参考零塑性温度的变化量ΔRT_(NDT)为48℃,由辐照前后转变温度区的断裂韧性试验得到材料的参考温度ΔT_0为53℃,辐照脆化效应比较明显。采用由断裂力学方法得到的RT_(T0)代替RT_(NDT)作为表征材料辐照脆化的参数应用于RPV完整性评估,可以进一步挖掘RPV的安全裕量,提高核电厂的经济性。
The neutron irradiation test was carried out on a Charpy impact specimen and a 0.5T-CT specimen of a domestic reactor pressure vessel (RPV) material in a high-flux test reactor. A fast neutron (E> 1 MeV) fluence was 3.0 × 10 ~ (19) cm ~ (-2). The change of reference zero plasticity temperature ΔRT_ (NDT) obtained from Charpy impact test before and after irradiation was 48 ℃. The fracture toughness test of transition temperature before and after irradiation showed that the material’s reference temperature ΔT_0 was 53 ℃, The effect is obvious. The RT_ (T0) obtained by fracture mechanics instead of RT_ (NDT) is used as a parameter to characterize the material’s radiation embrittlement, which can be used to evaluate the integrity of RPV. The safety margin of RPV can be further tapped to improve the economy of NPP.
