面对新世纪国际间的挑战和当前社会转型期存在的问题,社会越来越要求有序的道德规范和道德秩序,国家颁布了《公民道德建设实施纲要》。本文试以公民道德建设的指导思想和方针内容为指导,紧扣新一轮课程改革,紧扣学校教育的特点,从政治课程设置的改革、教学环节的创新及文化氛围的培养入手,从中把握学校在公民道德建设方面的主体作用,从中凸现政治学科教学的主导作用,从而有效地和社会、家庭的德育工作形成合力,推进新课程改革,推动道德素质的全面提高,从而创建一个和谐的社会氛围。
Faced with the international challenges in the new century and the problems existing in the current social transition, the society is increasingly demanding orderly moral standards and moral order. The state has promulgated the “Outline for the Implementation of Citizenship and Moral Construction.” Guided by the guiding ideology and principles of civic morality construction, this paper closely follows the new round of curriculum reform, which is closely linked with the characteristics of school education.
