大力发展高等职业教育是深化改革,实现产业转型升级和转变经济发展方式的必然要求,是全面提升人口职业素质、大力改善民生、构建和谐社会的重要手段。因此,采用SWOT分析方法,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面对鄂尔多斯高等职业教育的内外环境进行全面分析,进而提出相应的发展对策。
Vigorous development of higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for deepening reform, realizing industrial transformation and upgrading and transforming the mode of economic development, and is an important means to comprehensively enhance the professional quality of the population, vigorously improve people’s livelihood, and build a harmonious society. Therefore, SWOT analysis method is used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of Erdos Higher Vocational Education from the aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and then put forward corresponding development countermeasures.
