本研究分为三个组:(1)振动白指组(29例);(2)振动无白指组(105例);(3)对照组(60例)。 研究表明:振动白指组冷水试验的白指再现率为10%,而振动无白指组和对照组无一例出现白指;Ⅰ期振动性白指患者的皮温恢复时间延长者占40%,而Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期振动白指患者皮温恢复时间延长者均为100%;振动白指组的指血流图平均波辐高度冷水试验后显著低于冷水试验前(P<0.01),而振动无白指组和对照组没有这种差异。 本文讨论上述试验在振动性白指诊断中的意义。
The study was divided into three groups: (1) vibration white finger group (29 cases); (2) vibration without white finger group (105 cases); (3) control group (60 cases). The results showed that the white index of white teeth in sham - operated group was 10%, while white fingers were not found in white sham group and control group. White shank in patients with sham - white phase was 40% (P <0.01). However, the mean duration of recovery of skin temperature in white patients with Vibration in stage II and III were all 100%. The mean wave height in the white finger group was significantly lower than that in the cold water test (P <0.01) There was no such difference in vibration without white finger group and control group. This article discusses the significance of the above test in the diagnosis of shaky white fingers.
