试验概况刈割试验的目的,是为了解不同时期开花结实的红三叶授粉蜂种类、数量、授粉受精率、结实率的变化及其对种籽产量的影响。刈割试验仍设置在本所牧草园内。设红三叶一年不刈割、刈割一次、刈割两次三种处理。其中,刈割两次处理分别由授粉试验中自由授粉的红三叶和品比试验中的贵州红三叶代表。小区面积2×3平方米,每处理重复3次,品种均为贵州红三叶。1987年10月12日播种。第一次刈割于1988年3月15日红三叶初花期进行。为了同时考察施肥对结实率、产种量的影响,刈割后,作刈割一次处理的未追肥。作刈割两次处理的,于第一次刈割后,品比试验按每亩3千斤、授粉试验按每亩5千斤的腐熟鸡粪,分别沟施追肥一次。第二次刈割于4月15日现蕾期进行。试验
