目的了解三亚地区婴幼儿血清中25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平,为指导该地区婴幼儿合理补充维生素D提供参考依据。方法随机选取2012年5月至2013年4月在三亚市妇幼保健院进行健康体检的3岁及以下婴幼儿,抽取调查对象静脉血1.5 mL进行血清中25-(OH)D3检测。结果共调查1 208名婴幼儿,其中0~6月龄298人、7~12月龄359人、1~2岁484人、3岁67人。结果显示:0~6月龄婴儿的血清25-(OH)D3平均水平为(74.78±25.82)nmol/L,7~12月龄婴儿的血清25-(OH)D3平均水平为(78.63±23.98)nmol/L,1~2岁幼儿的血清25-(OH)D3平均水平为(75.32±20.19)nmol/L,3岁幼儿的血清25-(OH)D3平均水平为(67.74±19.44)nmol/L。结论三亚地区婴幼儿血清中25-(OH)D3水平普遍偏低,建议该地区婴幼儿适当增加户外活动和适当补充维生素D。
Objective To understand the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25- (OH) D3] in infants and infants in Sanya, and to provide a reference for the reasonable supplementation of vitamin D in infants in this area. Methods A total of 1.5 mL of venous blood samples were collected from May 2012 to April 2013 in Sanya Maternal and Child Health Hospital for examination of 25- (OH) D3. Results A total of 1,208 infants and toddlers were surveyed, of whom 298 were from 0 to 6 months, 359 from 7 to 12 months, 484 from 1 to 2 years and 67 from 3 years. The results showed that the serum 25- (OH) D3 level in infants aged 0-6 months was (74.78 ± 25.82) nmol / L, while the average level of 25- (OH) D3 in infants aged 7-12 months was (78.63 ± 23.98) ) nmol / L, the average level of 25- (OH) D3 in children aged 1-2 years old was (75.32 ± 20.19) nmol / L and the average level of 25- (OH) D3 in children aged 3 years old was 67.74 ± 19.44 nmol / L. Conclusion Serum 25- (OH) D3 levels in infants and young children in Sanya are generally low. It is recommended that infants and young children in the area should have adequate outdoor activities and adequate vitamin D supplementation.
