在我国,数字电视是一个新生而又发展迅速的事物。其发展需要基础设施、科技、经济、法律等要素的支持。可以说,法律因素对其他各因素起着确认、保障、维护和促进作用,重要性尤为凸显。目前,与数字电视产业发展的经营模式、技术标准等问题是国内广电领域的研究重点,也但对数字电视产业政府规制的理论研究还不足。本文拟从政府规制问题的角度探讨数字电视产业,以期促进数字电视产业的良性发展,更好地保护老百姓的权益。
In our country, digital television is a new and rapidly developing thing. Its development needs the support of infrastructure, science and technology, economy and law. It can be said that the legal factors play a role in confirming, safeguarding, safeguarding and promoting other factors, which are of particular importance. At present, the problems such as the business model and technical standards for the development of the digital television industry are the focuses of research in the field of domestic broadcasting and television. However, the theoretical research on the government regulation of the digital television industry is still inadequate. This article intends to discuss the digital TV industry from the perspective of government regulation, with a view to promoting the sound development of the digital TV industry and better protecting the rights and interests of ordinary people.
