目的探究不同护理模式对手术护理效果及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年9月至2015年12月在本院接受手术的260例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各130例。观察组和对照组患者分别采取优质护理模式和一般护理模式,比较2组患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组患者的满意度为97.9%,高于对照组的88.5%,观察组患者对护理质量评分高于对照组。结论优质护理可以提高患者对护理的满意度和护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of different nursing modes on the effect of nursing and nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 260 patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group (130 cases) and control group (130 cases). Patients in observation group and control group were treated with high-quality nursing and general nursing model respectively, and the satisfaction of nursing in two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.9%, which was higher than 88.5% of the control group. The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Quality care can improve patient satisfaction with nursing and quality of care.
