1、膝关节的机能与结构特征膝关节是人体中最大,且最复杂的关节。它将最长的管状骨——股骨,和次长的胫骨相连接。从整形外科角度可分为:胫、股关节和膑、股关节,在行走机能中,肩负着最重要的作用。为此,膝关节须具有广泛的活动范围和坚固的稳定性。所以,膝关节与其它关节相比,在构造上有明显的特征。即,由狭窄的关节软骨接触面和特别发达的韧带、肌肉、关节囊和半月板等软组织所组成,在生物力学方面具有浓厚的趣味。
