目的 :探讨 s IL- 2 R对各种免疫功能的影响。方法 :对 30例正常人、16例运动员、5 0例肺癌、5 0例恶性淋巴瘤 4组人群血清 s IL- 2 R与淋巴细胞对 PHA、IL- 2反应 ,NK活性、L AK活性、T细胞亚群、皮肤迟发超敏反应等免疫功能的相关性进行了研究。结果 :在正常人群 ,s IL- 2 R对上述免疫功能无明显相关 ,只有在较高的 s IL- 2 R水平条件下 (如恶性肿瘤 ) ,它与多数免疫功能呈负相关。而且 ,对不同的免疫功能指标 ,其相关性有所不同 ,如对IL- 2的细胞反应、NK活性、L AK活性、CD3等有一定的相关性 ,对 PHA淋巴细胞反应 ,CD4/ CD8则相关性不明显。既使是与其相关的免疫功能 ,其重复性也较差。结论 :s IL- 2 R是一种重要的免疫封闭因子 ,但在免疫网络中各种细胞因子的相互作用下 ,其封闭作用 (即负相关 )表现得时强时弱。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sIL-2R on various immune functions. METHODS: Serum sIL-2 R and lymphocyte response to PHA, IL-2, NK activity, L AK activity in 30 normal subjects, 16 athletes, 50 lung cancers, and 50 malignant lymphomas were studied. The correlation of immune functions such as T cell subsets and delayed skin hypersensitivity was studied. RESULTS: In the normal population, sIL-2R had no significant correlation with the above immune function. Only under the condition of high sIL-2R (such as malignant tumor), it had negative correlation with most immune functions. Moreover, there are differences in the correlation of different immune function indicators, such as a certain correlation with IL-2 cell response, NK activity, L AK activity, CD3, etc., and response to PHA lymphocytes, CD4/CD8 The correlation is not obvious. Even if it is related to the immune function, its repeatability is also poor. CONCLUSION: sIL-2 R is an important immuno-blocking factor, but its blocking effect (ie, negative correlation) appears strong and weak under the interaction of various cytokines in the immune network.
