KL908与6个高秆品种杂交,根据P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2和部分F3世代群体株高变异的分析,证明KL908的矮生性系受1对显性矮秆基因控制。基因的表达爱品种的遗传背景影响,显性效应较弱。KL908的基因型暂定为DKDK,DK与籼稻半矮秆基因sd-1非等位。作者论述了培育显性矮生系的潜在育种意义。
Based on the analysis of plant height variations of P1, P2, F1, F2, B1, B2 and some F3 generation population, the dwarfing line KL908 was controlled by a pair of dominant dwarf genes.
