原发性痛风在欧美国家中发病率高,一般为O.2～0.39%。既往在国内不算常见病,但近年的发生率和发现率有增长趋势。我院自1960～1977年住院病人仅有4例,而1978～1982年10月有17例原发性痛风住院。但临床对此仍不够重视,易误诊和漏诊,以至贻误治疗,病变加重。现将我院12例在院外长期误诊、入院时和住院期间误诊和漏诊病例,对其误、漏诊原因进行分析,以冀提高对本病识别能力。
The incidence of primary gout in Europe and the United States is high, usually O.2 ~ 0.39%. Past is not common in the country, but in recent years, the incidence and discovery rates have increased. In our hospital from 1960 to 1977, only 4 cases of hospitalized patients, and from 1978 to October 1982, 17 cases of primary gout hospitalization. However, this is still not enough clinical attention, easy misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, as well as delaying treatment, increased disease. Now in our hospital 12 cases of long-term misdiagnosis outside the hospital, hospitalization and misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis during hospitalization cases, analysis of the reasons for the error, missed diagnosis, in order to improve the ability to identify the disease.
