目的 :探讨 CD44 v6 和 nm2 3 -H1基因蛋白表达与大肠癌临床病理指标的关系。方法 :应用 SP免疫组化染色法 ,对 76例大肠癌标本进行 CD44 v6 和 nm 2 3 -H1基因蛋白测定。结果 :CD44 v6 基因蛋白的高表达和 nm2 3 -H1基因蛋白的低表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移有关 ( P<0 .0 1)。大肠癌 CD44 v6 和nm2 3 -H1基因蛋白的表达无相关性 ( P>0 .0 5) ,但 CD44 v6 阳性表达伴 nm2 3 -H1阴性表达的患者发生淋巴结转移的可能性大。结论 :CD44 v6 和 nm2 3 -H1与大肠癌淋巴结转移密切相关 ,两者在淋巴结转移中起协同作用 ,联合检测对判断大肠癌淋巴结转移是一个有用的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between CD44 v6 and nm23-H1 gene protein and clinicopathological parameters of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expression of CD44 v6 and nm 2 3 -H1 protein in 76 cases of colorectal cancer were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results: High expression of CD44 v6 gene protein and low expression of nm23-H1 gene protein were associated with lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer (P <0.01). Colorectal cancer CD44 v6 and nm23-H1 gene protein expression was not related (P> 0.05), but CD44 v6 positive expression with nm23-H1 negative expression of patients with lymph node metastasis is likely. CONCLUSION: CD44 v6 and nm23-H1 are closely related to lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. Both of them play a synergistic role in lymph node metastasis. The combined detection of lymph node metastasis and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer is a useful index.
