谁说雷锋精神已经“过时”?民兵张建忠用自己的实践作了生动回答。雷锋精神,本质上是无私奉献的精神,是全心全意为人民服务的精神,这种精神是中华民族的传统美德,是我们党和人民军队宗旨的具体体现。这种精神永远不会过时。最近,江西省委、省政府、省军区联合发出通令,授予张建忠同志为“雷锋式的民兵”的光荣称号。目前,一个学习雷锋、弘扬雷锋精神的活动正在全国各地广泛兴起,愿象张建忠那样的雷锋式模范民兵在祖国大地上大量涌现。
