一节好课是我们追求的目标,教学要走向精致、优质,就必须面对有效教学的拷问。有效教学的核心理念是关注学生的进步或发展。教学是否有效的依据是:通过教师在一段时间的教学后,学生所获得的具体进步或发展。教学有没有效益,不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认不认真,而是指学生学到了内容没有、学得好不好。如果学生不想学或者学了没有收获,即使教师教得再辛苦也是徒劳。“学生想学、乐学”是有效教学的前提,“让学生收获什么”是有效教学的根本。本文,笔者结合自身教学实践谈对有效教学的点滴体会。1.寻找适合的内容呈现方式,为“教得有效”。现行高中物理教材(鲁科版)注重物理知识的明
A good lesson is the goal we pursue. When teaching is going to be refined and high quality, we must face the torture of effective teaching. The core idea of effective teaching is to focus on student progress or development. The basis for the effectiveness of teaching is the specific progress or development students receive after a period of teaching. The effectiveness of teaching does not mean that the teacher has not taught the content or taught it seriously, but it means that the student has learned that the content is not good or not.
