为了研究微波法辅助提取石阡苔茶多糖的最佳提取工艺,采用单因素和正交试验,进行研究,得到了微波辅助提取苔茶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率440 W,微波浸提时间150 s,乙醇体积分数为40%,料液比1︰40(g/mL),此条件下微波提取苔茶多糖的提取率为5.4%,RSD为0.59%。由此可见,微波辅助提取法大大缩短了浸提时间,节约了材料,提高了苔茶多糖的提取率。此外,对茶多糖的稳定性进行了初步研究,结果表明,光照和氧化剂对茶多糖的稳定性有一定的影响,应注意保存。
