专业综合改革试点是教育部正在积极推进的一项教育改革工程。围绕这项改革工程的目标,着重介绍改革试点推进过程中,地方性高校在人才培养方案方面的改革措施与发展思路。人才培养方案是学校实施人才培养工作的根本性指导文件,反映了学校在人才培养工作上的指导思想和整体思路,对人才培养质量的提高具有重要导向作用。作为地方性高校的一个特色专业,应该如何根据本区域经济发展与市场需求,以及自身的办学基础来进行正确的专业定位,从而制定相应的重视基础理论与工程实践的培养方案,对专业综合改革实践过程中出现的校企合作互动共建人才培养方案等改革理念进行了深入分析。
