良好的行为习惯能使学生以一种稳定的心理状态有规律、有节奏地获得知识,而良好的学习习惯的培养是持之以恒、强化训练的结果,不是一朝一夕就能完成的。只有学生养成了良好的行为习惯,我们的教学工作才能沿着正常的轨道前进并取得半功倍的效果。笔者结合教育教学实践,对习惯的形成、分类、培养方法等进行了初步研究。一、转变教师观念,提高教师业务能力社会在发展,教育在发展,教师的观念也需要更新。21世纪的教育使命
