sc复肝肽(FGP)对四氯化碳和硫代乙酰胺引起的小鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,FGP可抑制上述肝脏毒物引起的动物血清中谷丙转氨酶活性的升高,降低脂质过氧化产物──丙二醛含量并增加肝糖原含量,对乙硫氨酸引起的小鼠脂肪肝中三酸甘油脂含量也具有明显的降低作用,FGP还能明显促进部分切除肝脏小鼠肝组织中DNA、RNA和蛋白质的合成。此外,还发现FGP对四氯化碳引起的大鼠慢性肝损伤亦具有明显的抑制作用。以上结果提示,FGP对动物急、慢性肝病的愈复具有明显的促进作用。
