心理健康的标准依据马斯洛和密特尔曼的理论提出的心理健康10条标准是:1、有无充分的安全感;2、能否正确认识自己和具有评价自己的能力;3、生活的理想和目标是否符合实际;4、能否与现在的环境保持良好接触;5、能否保持人性的完整与和谐;6、是否具备从经验中学习的能力;7、是否保持良好的人际关系;8、能否适度地表达和控制自己的情绪;9、能否适宜地发挥个人的专长;10、能否在社会规范范围内适当地满足个人的基本需求。有下列症状4种以上,心境低落持续2周以上的人,可能会有心理问题。即:对事物丧失兴趣、无愉快感;精力减退、有疲劳感;精神运动迟滞或过激;自我评价过低、有自责内疚感;反复想死或有自杀行为;联想困难、思维能力下降;食欲不振或体重减轻;失眠、早醒或睡眠过多;性欲减退。
