人类健康的第一杀手已经不再是传染因子,而是不良行为和不良生活习惯。8月2日,记者从武汉大学公共卫生学院获悉,该院郭毅教授等开展的一项调查发现,影响中年人群健康的主要危险因素是,吸烟、饮酒过量、睡眠困难和运动少。郭毅教授等共调查了湖北省12个县、市、区年龄35~75岁的2811人,这些被调查的对象均为在当地居住5年以上的常住人口。他们发现,调查对象的平均吸烟率为28.5%,而男性吸烟率为51.6%,随年龄的增加吸烟率呈现下降的趋势,而女性的吸烟率尽管只有2.9%,但是有随年龄增加上升的趋势。其中干部的吸烟率最高为36.5%,调查中居民的饮酒率为30.8%,饮酒人群中平均每天至少饮酒一次的

On August 2, the reporter learned from the Wuhan University School of Public Health that a survey conducted by Professor Guo Yi and others found that the main risk factors affecting the health of middle-aged people are smoking, excessive drinking, difficulty sleeping and less exercise.
