一、学校课余训练存在的问题(一)学生业余训练时间有限,体技能训练常常是来也匆匆、去也匆匆,训练效果大打折扣。(二)基层学校教练专业知识有限,体技能训练手段的选择与应用多数哗众取宠,训练成果不能较快较好地转化到专项跑的能力和专项成绩水平上。(三)急功近利,以专项测验替代专项训练的现象屡见不鲜。鉴于此,笔者把多年来应用植入式专项训练的体会与方法介绍给大家,以期不断寻求和提高学生课余体育训练的质量和水平。
