玉米豆腐市场分析:玉米是世界三大粮食作物之一,其营养成分比较全面,但传统的玉米面窝窝头等食品粗糙难吃,渐渐被人们冷落。近年来,我国各地玉米资源丰富,价格低廉,采用新技术配方生产的玉米面系列食品及营养方便玉米粥,去除了玉米面粗糙苦涩味道,保持了玉米的原色、原味和营养成分,口感滑爽,柔筋绵软,水煮不浑汤,烤炸不焦糊,这项科技成果的广阔推广应用,不仅丰富了人民的生活,而且解决了农民卖粮难的忧虑,给玉米增值找到了新的途径。
