为有效提高散手中高抬腿速度 ,对两实验组采用不同训练方法并与对照组比较 ,其结果经方差分析证实 ,采用正压腿、正踢腿练习和仰卧起坐练习 ,能有效提高散手中高抬腿速度
In order to effectively improve the speed of high-lift leg in Sanshou, different training methods were used in the two experimental groups and compared with the control group. The results of ANOVA confirmed that the use of positive pressure leg, kick-kick practice and sit-ups exercises can effectively improve the Hand lift the leg speed
