做好对后进生的转化工作不仅关系到一个集体的荣誉,更是关系到学生一生的发展,甚至还会关系到整个社会的发展。但是如今的学生靠若干年前那种“打、骂、责、罚”的教育模式只能是适得其反,让他们更加“变本加厉”。自工作以来,我就一直担任初中班主任教学工作,也带过不同年级、不同类型的班级,并在不断积累和改变对学生的教育方法。我对担任2008级3班的班主任工作印象最为深刻,也使我深深体会到用“真情”转化后进生
