随着网络和移动智能化技术的不断发展,档案用户的信息需求发生了一系列变化,获取方式数字化,获取终端移动化,获取内容知识化,对信息服务方式的要求也更加严苛。由此,提出档案馆泛在化服务的理念,为用户提供无所不在的深层次高质量的服务。在现有的技术环境下,需要档案馆开展协同服务,馆员提供嵌入式服务,用户提升信息知晓能力,三者共同努力来实现档案馆泛在化服务。
With the continuous development of network and mobile intelligent technologies, the information needs of archivists have undergone a series of changes. The digitalization of access methods, the acquisition of mobile terminals, the acquisition of knowledge-based content and the more stringent requirements on information service methods have also been made. As a result, the concept of universal service of archives is proposed to provide users with ubiquitous deep-seated high-quality services. In the existing technical environment, the archives need to carry out collaborative services, librarians provide embedded services, users enhance the ability to know the information, the three work together to achieve universalization of the archives services.
