脾原发恶性肿瘤,临床少见,所见者几乎都是肉瘤。据纽约长老会医院统计1945年3月15日以前的脾疾患1189例,有脾肉瘤者仅17例。田中千凯等(1976)统计日本有关文献报告,发现脾原发恶性肿瘤31例。我国文献,自1944年红睛芬等报告首例,至今共报告10余例。1977～1980年我们共收治3例脾肿瘤病人,均经手术和病理证实为脾原发性肉瘤,现报告如下,并结合有关文献加以讨论。
Spleen primary malignant tumors are rare in clinical practice and almost all of them are sarcomas. According to the New York Presbyterian Hospital, there were 1189 cases of spleen diseases before March 15, 1945, and only 17 cases of splenic sarcomas. Tanaka Qian Kai et al. (1976) reported the relevant literature in Japan and found that there were 31 cases of primary malignant tumors of the spleen. China’s literature, since the first case of Hong Jingfen et al. in 1944, has reported more than 10 cases in total. From 1977 to 1980, we treated a total of 3 patients with splenic tumors. All of them were confirmed by surgery and pathology as primary splenic sarcomas. The present report is as follows and will be discussed in conjunction with relevant literature.
