目的:探讨脑皮质细胞凋亡在新生猪缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)发生与发展。方法:应用流式细胞术(FCM)、DNA凝胶电泳对新生猪HIE脑皮质细胞凋亡进行定量分析。结果:缺氧缺血后72小时新生猪左额顶大脑皮质细胞凋亡率较对照组明显增加(n=15,12;main±s%=2618±1635,323±293;P<00001);DNA凝胶电泳显示明显“DNALadder”。结论:脑皮质细胞凋亡在患HIE新生动物的迟发性神经细胞损伤中占有重要地位。
Objective: To investigate the occurrence and development of cerebral cortex apoptosis in newborn pig hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Flow cytometry (FCM) and DNA gel electrophoresis were used to quantitatively analyze the apoptosis of neonatal pigs with HIE. Results: The apoptosis rate of cerebral cortex of left forehead in neonatal piglets at 72 hours after hypoxia-ischemia was significantly higher than that of control group (n = 15,12; main ± s% = 26.18 ± 16.35, 3.23 ± 2 93; P <00001); DNA gel electrophoresis showed obvious “DNALadder”. CONCLUSION: Cerebral cortex apoptosis plays an important role in the delayed neuronal injury of neonatal HIE.
