目的了解鄂州市碘缺乏病防制现状,有效调节碘摄入适宜水平范围。方法按照2015年湖北省消除碘缺乏病目标行动方案要求,对居民合格碘盐食用情况和儿童(8~10岁)尿碘水平进行调查。结果全市食用碘盐合格率为96.89%,平均含碘量为23.6~27.8 mg/kg,新庙镇和泽林镇合格率偏低,均为91.67%;全市8~10岁学生尿碘中位数为265.6μg/L,其中尿碘<50μg/L的占2.00%,50μg/L~的占15.00%,100μg/L~的占51.33%,≥300μg/L的占31.67%。男生尿碘中位数为286.4μg/L,女生尿碘中位数为246.9μg/L。在尿碘水平调查的15所小学中,泽林实验小学和胡林小学8~10岁学生摄入碘适宜;沼山居民小学和宅俊小学8~10岁学生碘摄入过量;其他小学均处于摄入碘超过适宜量的范围。结论鄂州市碘缺乏病防制现状总体良好,盐碘合格率除极少数乡镇偏低外,其余乡镇合格率均较高,儿童碘营养状况大多已超过碘适宜水平。
Objective To understand the status of prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Ezhou City and to effectively adjust the appropriate level of iodine intake. Methods In accordance with the target of action plan of eliminating iodine deficiency disease in Hubei Province in 2015, the residents’ iodine salt consumption and the urinary iodine level of children (8-10 years old) were investigated. Results The qualified rate of iodized salt in the city was 96.89%, the average iodine content was 23.6-27.8 mg / kg, the pass rates of Xinmiao and Zelin were all low, both of which were 91.67% The number was 265.6μg / L, of which urine iodine <50μg / L accounted for 2.00%, 50μg / L ~ 15.00%, 100μg / L ~ 51.33%, ≥ 300μg / L accounted for 31.67%. The median urinary iodine of male students was 286.4 μg / L, while the median urinary iodine of female students was 246.9 μg / L. Among the 15 elementary schools surveyed by Urine Level, the intake of iodine is suitable for students aged 8-10 in Zelin Experimental Primary School and Hu-Lin Primary School; the iodine intake of students aged 8-10 in Mohshan Primary School and Zha Jun Primary School is excessive; all other primary schools are in Ingesting iodine exceeds the appropriate range. Conclusion The status of prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Ezhou is generally good. The passing rate of salt and iodine is exceptionally high except for a few townships and townships. The iodine nutrition status of most children exceeds the appropriate level of iodine.
