自1984年10月至1987年3月,我作为一厂之长,在北京新型建筑材料总厂工作了两年多。两年多当中,为了我厂的生存和发展,为了新型建材业在我国的崛起,我曾与职工们一起攻关、创新、争优、夺标,历尽艰辛。在为共同目标的奋斗拼搏中,我感受到与全厂职工同呼吸共命运的无穷乐趣。我厂有七个分厂,主要有从瑞典、联邦德国引进的岩棉、石膏板和龙骨三条生产线。自1984年投产以来,逐年完成生产任务。主要生产线岩棉产量,在1985年突破两万吨大关,超过设计能力23%,创世界同类设备最高纪录;主要产品岩棉半硬板、普通纸面石膏板,1985年双创国优,获国家银质奖,1986年又有两个产品获部优称号。两年来,我厂生产岩棉38339吨,石膏板795.97万平方米,龙骨5748吨;产
From October 1984 to March 1987, I worked for more than two years at the Beijing New Building Materials Plant as a plant manager. Over the past two years and more, for the sake of the survival and development of our factory, and for the rise of the new building materials industry in China, I worked with employees to tackle problems, innovate, compete for excellence, and win the bid. In the struggle for common goals, I felt the joy of sharing the same destiny with all factory workers. Our factory has seven branch factories, mainly including three production lines of rockwool, gypsum board and keel imported from Sweden and the Federal Republic of Germany. Since it was put into production in 1984, it has completed production tasks year by year. The output of the main production line rock wool exceeded 20,000 tons in 1985, surpassing the design capacity of 23%, setting a record for the world’s equipment of the same type; the main products are rock wool semi-rigid board and plain paper gypsum board. Won the national silver award, in 1986 there are two products won the title of merit. In the past two years, our factory has produced 38,339 tons of rock wool, 7,795,700 square meters of gypsum board and 5,748 tons of keel;
