为了进一步提高我国优秀的男子中跑运动员的训练水平和运动成绩,缩小与亚洲乃至同世界先进水平的差距,同时也为我国广大中跑教练员科学的安排中跑技术训练提供理论依据,利用高速录像拍摄法、比较分析法、数理统计法等对参加2004年全国田径冠军赛暨大奖赛总决赛合肥站的我国优秀的男子1 500 m运动员各段落途中跑的运动学特征进行了专题研究。研究结果表明:与世界优秀的男子中跑运动员塞.科相比,我国优秀的男子1 500 m运动员存在的差距主要是在第二、三圈的平均速度上,而这主要是由于我国优秀的男子1 500 m运动员在第二、三圈的缓冲时间延长、后蹬时间缩短所造成。
In order to further improve the training level and performance of excellent male middle distance runners in China, narrow the gap with Asia and even the world advanced level, and at the same time, provide theoretical basis for the mid-distance running training of middle-level coaches in science and technology, Video capture method, comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method were used to conduct a special study on the kinematics characteristics of the running of the elite men’s 1 500 m athletes who took part in the 2004 National Athletics Championship and Grand Prix Finals Hefei Station. The results show that the difference between the excellent male 1 500 m athletes in China and that of the best male middle-distance runners in the world is mainly in the second and third laps, which is mainly due to the excellent Men’s 1 500 m athletes in the second and third laps the extension of the buffer time, shortening the pedaling time caused.
