一般认为,临床上急性心肌梗塞形成后,最早期的心电图变化主要为ST段的偏移,但是Dressler等,认为在急性穿壁性心肌梗塞的病人中,T波高耸出现在ST段抬高之前,可以作为最早期的诊断性的心电图特征。现将本院12例急性心肌梗塞最早期的心电图改变报导如下。临床资料我们复查了52例急性心肌梗塞病例,其中12例有急性心肌梗塞最早期的心电图表现(表1),其诊断依据为:12例均有典型的急性心肌梗塞病史及心电图演变过程;其酶学检查有明显异常;在发病后首次心电图表现有T波高耸。
