316缸盖因进气道(薄壁)部位珠光体含量低造成该部位在使用中出现了裂纹,对其薄壁部位比厚壁部位珠光体含量低的原因进行了分析,并试验研究了添加Sn合金元素提高珠光体含量的措施。
The cracking of 316 cylinder head due to the low pearlite content in the inlet (thin-walled) part resulted in cracks in the part. The reason for the low pearlite content in the thin-walled part compared with the thick part was analyzed. Sn alloy elements to improve pearlite content measures.
