用仲钼酸铵和硝酸钴水溶液浸渍方法将MoO3和CoO担载在活性炭担体上,制成Mo/C和CoMo/C催化剂.运用DTA,XPS,FT-LRS等手段考察了MoO3在活性炭担体表面的分散状态及H2还原能力随MoO3含量的变化,并在中压固定床反应装置上测定了催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫(HDS)和环己烯加氢(HYD)反应活性.结果表明,MoO3在活性炭担体上可以形成十分均匀的单层分布,Mo/C和CoMo/C的HDS和HYD活性都比Al2O3担载的催化剂高得多,显示出以活性炭为担体的加氢精制催化剂的重要工业应用价值.
MoO3 and CoO were supported on activated carbon support by impregnation with ammonium paramolybdate and cobalt nitrate aqueous solution to prepare Mo / C and CoMo / C catalysts. The dispersion of MoO3 on the surface of activated carbon support and the change of H2 reduction capacity with the content of MoO3 were investigated by means of DTA, XPS and FT-LRS. The thiophene hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of the catalyst was also measured on medium pressure fixed bed reactor. And cyclohexene hydrogenation (HYD) reactivity. The results show that MoO3 can form a very uniform monolayer distribution on the support of activated carbon.
